What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Email address — to send order confirmations, digital downloads, and shipping notifications.
- Shipping address — for print orders only, shared with our fulfillment partner (Prodigi) to deliver your order.
- Flight data — your uploaded KML/GPX files are processed to generate your map artwork. We store the rendered image temporarily to fulfill your order.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.

- Stripe — payment processing
- Prodigi — print fulfillment and shipping (receives your shipping address for print orders)
- Resend — email delivery (order confirmations, download links, shipping notifications)
- Mapbox — map tile rendering
- Vercel — hosting and data storage
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that track individual users.
Data Retention
Order data and rendered artwork are retained for 30 days after purchase to allow re-downloads and customer support. Flight data (KML/GPX files) is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
