Overview
FlightPrints provides a service to convert flight track data into printed maps and digital downloads. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
- Print prices include worldwide shipping.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout.
- Digital downloads are available immediately after payment.
- Print orders are fulfilled by Prodigi and typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Digital Downloads
- Download links are available for 30 days after purchase.
- You may use the downloaded file for personal, non-commercial purposes including printing at any print shop.
- You may not resell or redistribute the digital files.
Print Orders
- Prints are produced and shipped by Prodigi, our fulfillment partner.
- Delivery times vary by location, typically 5-10 business days.
- If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Refunds
- Digital orders: Refunds are available within 14 days if you have not downloaded the file.
- Print orders: Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your Content
You retain ownership of your flight data. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process and render your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim any rights to your flight data.
Limitation of Liability
FlightPrints is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
